About Me

Hello, My name is Edward Sears, (in case you didn’t know). I currently reside in Nashville, TN. I was born and raised in New Jersey, in a small suburban town called Sayreville. I am proud of Sayreville because BonJovi grew up there. :> I am currently married to my beautiful wife, Kenia for 11 years now and I have two little boys, Cayton Edward Sears 5 1/2, and Derek Alexander Sears 3 mos. I also have several pets which include a 7 year old African Grey, a 2 year old Boston Terrier and some tropical fish.

As for Education, I attended a 2 year community college in NJ and completed my Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems. While attending school I worked fulltime at a financial printing firm as a computer operator working with DEC VAX systems. After the completion of my 2 year degree, I was offered a job transfer to Atlanta, Georgia as a Network Systems Analyst which I accepted. I lived in Atlanta for 6 years before moving to Nashville. I am currently a Database Administrator for Justice Information Services. I really enjoy my job and enjoy what I am doing.

On June 17, 2006, I graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems.   I then proceeded to enroll again at the University of Phoenix to pursue a Master’s Degree in Business and Administration.  On October 6, 2008, I graduated with honors in obtaining an MBA.  Besides that, I have already obtained my MCSE and A++ certifications.
